MEET
NOELLE

Noelle-3 (1) (2)_edited.png

Drawing inspiration from the legacy of her cousin Tyler, who was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and passed away at the age of 15, Noelle Schnacky has committed herself to raising awareness for congenital heart defects (CHD) and supporting children and families affected by them. Her advocacy began at the age of 14 when she founded Hope for Heart Kids, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has grown into a statewide initiative promoting heart health and CHD education through storytelling, hospital outreach, and public engagement.

As an American Heart Association Youth Ambassador and 2025 AHA Orlando Teen of Impact nominee, Noelle has reached thousands through her partnerships with the UF Congenital Heart Center, Orlando Health (Winnie and Arnold Palmer Hospitals), Advent Health, Ronald McDonald Houses, and Give Kids the World. She has lobbied alongside legislators in support of federal CHD research funding and was honored with a Proclamation for HLHS Awareness Day in Alachua County.

Noelle is also the author of a nationally recognized set of five children's books —including Beckett’s Brave Heart and Heart Bound—which bring comfort and understanding to children in heart units and to their siblings. These books have been donated to hospitals and Ronald McDonald Houses across seven states, serving as a compassionate and positive tool for families navigating a CHD diagnosis.

As Miss Florida’s Teen 2025, Noelle has been recognized for her leadership, character, and heart for service. She has received accolades such as the Central Florida Style Magazine's "40 Under 40" -2025, Lake County Commissioners Young Voter Registration Challenge award and founded the "Heart of Lake Minneola High Annual Scholarship" to honor proactive youth advocacy in cardiovascular health. A recent Summa Cum Laude (GPA 4.9) dual enrolled high school graduate and competitive dancer of 15 years, Noelle leads with purpose, faith, and passion for changing lives.
